Yes we are in a panic, we have 60 guests all with booked airfare to Cancun airport. The wedding is Jan 31, 2009. We booked last May. Very little contact from Karisma resorts.

I order my flowers through Lomas Travel because I couldn't get through to Fabio, he was in Mexico for a week. When I still didn't hear I called the resort, we booked through them not a TA. Then I heard through another wedding coordinator that he was in the hospital, and I was wrong to give lomas my order, although that's what Louis said to do. You might call, but Fabio is hopefully going to be fine and back next Monday. How big is your wedding? On the beach? Reception on the beach?

Hi, Are you one of the first Sensatori brides? Please let all of us know how everything goes, I just found out Fabio was in an accident and is in the hospital. I have a Jan. wedding at Azul Fives and trying to find out how the new Azul resorts are doing, very little information. Best wishes to you!

Today is Dec 1, does anyone know if Azul Fives is really opening today? Are there any Dec or Jan Brides? My wedding is Jan 31. Natalie Ann

hello all... um i am confused how Polina is getting response from Fabio when my wedding is two months away, and yes he told me along time ago he needs to know 90 days prior how many people, but he wants answer emails for three weeks... so i cant make any decision and only have two weeks before i cant order flowers or anything..a little worried

Fabio is very busy right now, I got an auto reply that said: Thanks for your email. Due to the upcoming opening of our two new properties; Azul Sensatori Hotel & Azul Fives Hotel we are experiencing a higher email volume than usual. However, we do appreciate your correspondence and will be responding to you as soon as possible. Please also be advised that we are also assisting a couple of last minute wedding groups that were scheduled at two Hotels that unfortunately closed without notice, we appreciate your understanding while we assist these unlucky wedding couples. We greatly appreciate your patience, and look forward to working with you!! Thanks! I found out from a TA and trip advisor that Dreams Tulum and Eurostar Blue were closed by the Mexican gov. and many of the resorts (Karisma too) are trying to accommodate the misplaced weddings.

Anyone know if construction on Azul Fives is still good for Dec1 grand opening? I wish we had pictures of the place. I'm getting married in Jan trying to find out what time the sun sets and what the beach looks like for a beach reception dinner. We are having about 60 guest!! Natalie Ann

I have been working with Fabio and Margartia( who is helping with our reserved rooms ) for my Azul Five wedding in Jan. They have both been helpful and good! I am waiting for Fabios reply on some pricing however, he gave me some prices for flowers and my mom saw that Lomas -travel works with Azul. Lomas-travel does hair/nails and flowers and their prices were all cheaper... so i want to find out whats the right price- does any one else know about this?
