What program are you using to design the invites? I made mine using Adobe Illustrator and it was real easy.

These look great! I am doing the boarding passes for our invitations. I made them up just waiting on some last minute info so I can print them!

We are getting married at the Suites on June 23, 2012! YEAH!

We are using a TA also, it's much easier and I have found it to be cheaper than any online travel sites. Plus like what was said you get the advantage of payment plans and locked in rates and group discounts. Definitely the way to go! 

I am very excited about IRHS, our wedding is set for June 23, 2012! However, I think our wedding it going to be unlike many of the weddings of other brides on here. It's funny I'm pretty girly, but I just don't need all the wedding stuff! We just wanted to get married on the beach, the flowers, decorations and all the extra stuff is just not important to me! We couldn't imagine spending that much money on one day..even if it was our wedding day, that's why we chose to get married in Jamaica...you think it would be backwards!  It's not like I need it plain jane but I just don't need or want all the extra expenses of this and that...the beach and my hubby are all I will need!

These are so fantastic..the nicest DIY ones I have seen..so....I had to copy them!   I changed them obviously to match my theme but I took a lot of your wording..worked out perfectly. Just trying to find a cute clipart to add to the background then they are ready to go to the printers whenever I am ready!

I sent mine out in April and we are getting married in June 2012. I figured that is more than a year which is plenty of time for people to save up money for the trip. I would say 12-18 months. Congrats! 

These are so cute! I decided on doing boarding pass invites as well...love the message in the bottle but really don't want to spend the extra money on them! I love these though! Thanks for sharing!!!

You look beautiful. So was going to Beacehs Boscobel worth the extra money compared to other places? I really want to go there since we will have kids coming to the wedding and I don't want them to be bored...I want it to be a fun vacation/wedding for everyone.

I can't wait to see the updated pics..this is one of my top choices. It's so hard to pick when you aren't there to actually see everything!

It would be GREATLY appreciated. I think this is where we are going to book our wedding, but we aren't getting married until 2010...give all our broke friends enough time to save up! LOL....Anyways do you know how far in advance you can book...I would like to get in at these rates because I know it's just going to go up as soon as everyone else catches on!

Well welcome to the forum! I am choosing a destination wedding because I have seen my cousin and brother go through the stress of planning a traditional wedding and seen the costs! This way it's WAY cheaper, I get a vacation, wedding, and honeymoon all in one..plus I get to share it with my family!
