  1. Congratulations and welcome to the forums! I think the best thing you could do is call your airline and tell them what you are carrying on. They would have the best advice for you. I don't see it being a problem... but I'm not the dreaded CUSTOMS SECURITY! smile41.gif

  2. Congratulations and welcome to the forums! Here in the Mayan Riviera there is so much to do and daily excursions that can be planned. I don't know if you need to pre-arrange things to do. It is easy enough to plan it with the people that are there.

Best of luck with all your wedding plans!

  3. Mexico and the Mayan Riviera are fantastic that time of year. Temperatures are fantastic during the day and you might even get to wear a long sleeve shirt at night... but never cold! We love it here!!!

  4. Congratulations Andrea and welcome to the forums! The Royal is such a great resort chain, I'm sure you will love your decision to get married there!

Have fun with all your planning!!

  5. Congratulations Angela and welcome to the forums! Excellence Playa Mujeres is a great location, in fact, we are heading there tomorrow to capture our second wedding there!

Have fun with all your plans.

  6. Congratulations Rachel and welcome to the forums! Sorry, I can't comment on any of the resorts you mentioned but maybe a quick search in here will bring up something.

Best of luck with all your plans and we hope you enjoy Playa del Carmen as much as we do!

  7. Here is a little "FYI" for all you Moon Palace brides. The Moon Palace does not allow outside vendors such as photographers on site. They do however allow your "guests" to shoot your wedding. If you ask if you can bring in your own photographer on site, they will simply state their policy that they do not allow vendors but will not stop your guests from capturing your wedding if they are staying at the hotel.

So... if you are getting married at the Moon Palace, be sure to confirm this with your wedding coordinator! This is how we have captured all our 2009 weddings at the Moon Palace, as "guests" staying the night!

Best of luck with all your planning!

  8. Congratulations Leanne and welcome to the forums! The biggest difference between Dreams Cancun and Grand Sunset Princess is size! Dreams Cancun is much smaller and located right in the heart of the Cancun strip as well. So guests can venture out and have all shopping at their finger tips. Both are very picturesque!

Best of luck with all your plans!

  9. Congratulations Mary and welcome to the forums! This is a great place to get started. Have fun with all your wedding plans!

  10. Congratulations Joanna and welcome to the forums! We live about 5 mintues from the RIU... it is a fantastic area! You will love the Mayan and Playa for your wedding back drop!

Have fun with all your plans.
