  1. I was married at home (Chicago) before our wedding in PR.

We thought we would save ourselves the hassle of running around all day/having blood drawn when we could just walk down to the courthouse & be married in a couple of minutes.

    And, it was inexpensive.

We used Ministros de Boda for our wedding.

  2. I don't blame you. I opted out of the cruise wedding because it seemed so cheesey to me. Also, the fact that you can only have 1hr & a half with your guests seemed ridiculous to me, especially for the price.

Have you looked around at other places?

  3. Annie, I did.

I thought it was beautiful but the owner was a bit hard to communicate with.

In the end, it was more cost effective for us to use El Convento.

There is another bride here, I think her user is Jamieson - something, who was married there.

Trying looking for her posts. I believe she did get married there but had a hard time with the owner.

  4. Alright, girls. Here are some pics of my day:

Some of these pics are from my photog but keep in mind that they are not edited.

The rest are from family from the day.

I have a lot more, like at El Morro & with some Sentry Boxes. Let me know if you want to see them since this post was limited to 10 pics.

    Evie,
I just saw this! I'll post some pics today. I don't have many, most of mine are from family members & some I've been able to snag of the photog's website (since he doesn't have a blog) & they are not edited.
