HI Brides and Groom,

Just returned from my wedding and had a amazing time. My planning on the other hand was painful and full of trouble and this is all because of the wedding holiday. In the Year that i dealt with them I had 4 different girls deal with my account each one unaware of the my wedding details. Once the even completely confused me with another bride and groom after speaking for 10 minutes and then said oops sorry my mistake. Had a guest who wanted to stay two weeks and the just forgot to send the request in and then the resort was fully book and he had to pay extra and stay at another neighbouring  resort. If I called them and heard them say one more time "Bare with me" cause they couldn't find my account or didn't know how to navigate a computer i thought i was going to scream. It took them also a month to charge my credit card and they finally only did it when i blew up and told them that i couldn't understand why it is taking so long and unprofessional they were being and all of a sudden they were able to do it with me on the phone. ( why could do it when i requested it the first time )

They did nothing but take my deposit and make me call and confirm details that they should have dealt with. I even had a conversation with the owner Lorriane once about flight arrangements and when she got it wrong her response was "I was merely guessing at the flight times and I should leave it up to the professionals" very confusing as i thought she was the professional and this was her company.

ALL I HAVE TO SAY IS STAY FAR FAR AWAY FROM THE WEDDING HOLIDAY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. this was the most painful part of my planning experience.

I have to say I am dealing with THE WEDDING HOLIDAY right now and wishing that I had booked with a regular travel agent. This Company and the people working for it are either over worked or turly don't care about the bride and groom and their guest. My guest are complaining that they are not returning their calls or emails and for a travel agent dealing who group booking I think that is an important part.

If you are planning a destination wedding and want quality care DO NOT use this company. Go with a regular travel agent and Im sure you will receive better customer service there and be a lot happier.

Wondering ...

Has anyone used a stickers on the bubba mugs, really interested in the getting the Bubba Mugs for those traveling with us, BUT ...

FI really wants to have them ingraved and dosent think that the stickers will last. Any feedback would be great.

I did notice that you guys are getting married the day before me soooooooooooo exciting isn't it. hope all your plans are going well. Its still up in the air the amount of people traveling with us, but around 30 for sure.

Im really layed back right now, but the months are counting down and  I'm sure I'll start to get more nervous and stressed out.

Does anyone how much the surcharge is? I'm assuming its on every dollar spent or is it an added amount to the whole charge?

Thanks girls, wasn't sure if i was going to OOT bags, but thinking something small would be really nice and all the deals everyone is finding im sure i could find something too. Gives me hope.

which will keep drinks colder? We're looking for something with a lid and it seems everything with a lid has stainless steal on the inside. does anyone know if that will keep the drinks cool at all.

I've been to Cuba during July and brought a travel mug with steel on the inside and found it didn't keep my drink cool long. It was a cheap mug from walmart, but I worried these will do the same with these ones.

Those are the same colours i'm choosing. Glad to see some pics with them, it looks amazing.
