I too have been so busy I haven't had time to write. Had the showers, the parties and now am in full speed ahead mode. I am gettting more done this week than I have in the last few months.

I made my ahr bouquet and bouteneirs

finalized catering for ahr

ordered cake with vows written on it for ahr

started slideshow for ahr

booked hair and makeup in cabo

decided on meals and all cabo wedding details

got dress back

and the list goes on....

I am leaving next thursday and have to get some of this wrapped up!!! I can't wait to just relax on the beach!!!!

What time did you all Cabo brides set the ceremony time for? Yarai said to do it at 4..I just wanted to take a poll.

I struggled with when to do it too. I am doing it two days before we leave. I am not making a big deal of it at all. I don't even want to dress up or anything. I feel like it is just signing paperwork, my real wedding is in Mexico. I am not waiting til I get back, no way! I want to officially be a Mrs. on the honeymoon. I will just pretend for the 6 days before the ceremony that I am still a Miss. : )

Here are the ones I bought locally. I found them online too. I cut the palm tree pain in half and just used one per bottle.

We found a tan linen suit from the Mens Wearhouse. Online it says no longer available but the are in the stores. Our store had one brought in from another store in his size to look at and we loved it. Especially for $219! Except it will have to be altered. They are so hard to find this time of year!

Ok ladies. I found the heart shaped unity sand set at Karen's Treasures cheaper. She is on ebay but I found her website. It is 49.99 plus $8.50 shipping. That includes the engraving but does NOT include the sand. Which is what I wanted anyway, sand just jacks up the shipping. Michaels has sand for a buck or two a pound. Here is here website

I found these little plastic palm trees that I am using in my message in a bottle instead of the umbrellas and wanted to pass along. They are 6 for $1 at a store here in town. You can call them at 316-773-0510. They do have a website but they aren't on there. Cakestuff ONLINE! - Homepage

Wal-mart here has hundreds of these favor boxes for $9 for 50. With tax that comes to 19 cents each! And the ribbon (silver organza 3/4 inch) and a round tag come with it. I got a bunch and am using different ribbon but if anyone wants these and doesn't have them at their wal mart I can ship you some. My walmart must have had 20 of these 50 packs. PM me if interested.

I was going to do all tealights too in white or red but now I think I want to add some of these custom candles. I really like the one on the left and it was so easy. Dollar general has these candles for $1 so it would be cheap but very cool I think. (Please ignore my crazy cat in the background. He is always in everything because he won't ever leave me alone!)

I think I have it figured out finally! I thought I might see what you all thought about this. I went to the tropical design plant center here and found this variety of bromeliads that look so tropical. My pics weren't so clear with my phone so I also included a stock photo that looked really close. I am thinking of doing a tall one ($21) on every other table and a cluster of 3 ($27) on the others. I am using dark chocolate brown linen.

We are bringing our own photographer too. He is basically just charging expenses so it should be cheaper. Also he wanted to be able to add a DW to his portfolio. He will be in Cabo Oct 4th and 5th if anyone needs him! As far as the shots, there are so many slideshows on here to get ideas for shots you want for them to review.
