the WC at the Paradisus just sent me the menus available for the reception and i'm a little disappointed. I was told by a friend who went to the wedding there that the food wasn't good but i thought maybe that was b/c it was a buffet but now looking at the menus I think it might not be good at all. Anyone ever been to a wedding there or had a wedding there?

You look way better in this dress. sooo beautiful. And you are absolutely right about the bust.

I know someone who attended a wedding at this resort. She said the wedding was beautiful!!!! She also said the restaurants in the hotel were very good although she did not like the food at the reception. At the wedding she attended the bride had a "Mexican buffet" which she said was not good. She did stress that it was beautiful and very nice wedding. I think if you had a sit down meal it might be better but I would look into the dinner choices available. hope this helps.

I also have been to the Atlantis and it is beautiful. However, I found it to be too large especially to have as a wedding location. The other girls are right it is VERY expensive

Who is a good travel agent to talk to for the cancun area? Will the TA help me with talking to the hotel about wedding planning? Do you think it is too early to start planning for a wedding that's over a year and 1/2 away?
