EMILY YOU WILL ONLY BE ABLE TO HAVE 4 AT A TIME. I ALSO HAD MY SISTER, MOTHER, MAID OF HONOR, MYSELF AND 2 BM'S GETTING THEIR HAIR DONE THAT DAY. I WAS ONLY ABLE TO HAVE MY SISTER, MOTHER AND MOH GETTING THEIR HAIR DONE W/ ME. THE OTHER 2 HAD TO WAIT FOR AFTER WE WERE DONE. TRY TO HAVE YOURS DONE FIRST AND THEN THE OTHERS GO! IF YOU'RE GETTING HAIR AND MAKEUP DONE THEY WILL DO IT WITHIN 2 HOURS. MY WEDDING WAS AT 4 AND I STARTED MY PEDI, HAIR AND MAKEUP AT 11:30 AND WAS DONE AT DECENT TIME.

THAT'S WEIRD!! SHE SHOULD ALSO HAVE SENT YOU A BREAKDOWN OF EVERYTHING. AT LEAST THAT'S HOW DIANA DID IT. EVERYTHING WAS PUT IN EXCEL IN A SPREADSHEET. ASK HER FOR A BREAKDOWN TO SEE IF SHE CAN GIVE THAT TO YOU. YOU DONT WANT TO DEAL W/ ANY CONFUSION ONCE THERE.

You're supposed to have a code from when you first signed the contract and that should allow you to sign into the website and make payment via credit card.

Thanks Ladies!!! @Emily...we really really wanted to pay for the extra hour, but honestly wasnt worth it. We stuck w/ the schedule although it only left us w/ about 2 hours of partying. We took party to lobby and it was fine. Everyone spoke bout how it was such an amazing wedding anyway so I think your guests will love it whether it's 3 or 4 hours. The chairs were the basic standard stuff. Didnt look bad @ all as long as you bring stuff that adds color and pop. Your centerpieces help also! @Jeizzica Im glad!! I was really stressing myself, but trust me they have everything under control! @Mrsguinovart Didnt really get to enjoy cocktail hour much since we took pics for most of it i loved it though and so did all our guests bc of how diff it was. Only thing that bothered me with the sand was that my feet were all sandy for me to put my wedding shoes back on, but @ that point you really wont care, you will just want to get the party started lol. Other then that the only thing that was crazy was the wind!!I pray all of you have a calmer day!! We had so much broken glasses and my hair was a HOT MESS after reception lol @txbrideinmexico you can def use the chapel whenever you want. DO NOT ALLOW THEM TO CHARGE U FOR IT. it's there for people to go in and out as they please. As long as guests are respectful and just go in for rehersal shouldnt be a problem.

HEY LADIES I'M BACK!!!!!!!!! THE WEDDING WAS AAAAAMMMAAZINGGG!!! EVERYTHING WENT SMOOTHLY!!!! DONT ANYYY OF YOU STRESS ANYMORE!!! SERIOUSLY, YOU MEET W/ EVERYONE ONCE YOU GET DOWN THERE, FROM THE PRIEST TO THE DJ TO THE WEDDING PLANNER. THEY'RE USED TO THIS, THEY HAVE A WEDDING @LEAST ONCE A WEEK. OUR GUESTS CHECKED IN JUST FINE (MOST OF THEM EXCEPT 1 STAYED AT THE GCR) AND IT WAS PRETTY NICE!!! MY SISTER LOVED IT SO MUCH SHE ENDED UP BUYING THE TIMESHARE AT THE ROYAL!! WHICH BTW THEY DO QUICKLY APPROACH YOU BOUT IT AS SOON AS YOU GET DONE CHECKING IN (THEY SAY THEY'RE GOING TO JUST GIVE YOU INFO ON THE RESORT ON WHERE AND HOW TO FIND THINGS AND THEY DIVE INTO THEIR "CLUB" TALK)WE IMMEDIATELY REJECTED THEM (THEY'RE THE PEOPLE DRESSED IN ALL WHITE, SO YOU MISS THEM!!!) OTHER THEN THAT IT WAS ALL SMOOTH SAILING. WE DID REHERSAL AT CHAPEL THE NIGHT BEFORE (CHAPEL IS ALWAYS OPEN AND AVAILABLE, UNLESS THERE'S A WEDDING GOING ON OF COURSE, OR SUNDAY MASS WHICH THEY DO) AND ALL MET AT ALBATROS FOR DINNER AFTER. IF YOU'RE THERE AT A DECENT TIME THEY WILL DEF ACCOMODATE YOU. JUST ASK FOR TABLES OF 10. THEY WILL SIT YOU ALL CLOSE. THE FOOD AT RESORT WAS PRETTY GOOD AND THE SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL ALL ROUND. EVERYONE WAS NICE AND I THINK AS LONG AS YOU'RE NICE AND COURTEOUS TO THE STAFF THEY WILL BE NICE IN RETURN. WE DID HAVE TO WAIT FOR OUR UPGRADE THE NEXT DAY... IT WAS KINDA ANNOYING, BUT NOT A TRAGEDY.THE UPGRADE WAS PRETTY NICE, OCEANFRONT FACING THE POOL. THE DAY OF WEDDING I HAD ROOM SERVICE SENT (COULDNT EAT OF COURSE!!) AND WENT TO GET HAIR DONE W MY GIRLS! THEY WORKED SO QUICKLY (AND MY HAIR IS DEF NOT EASY TO DEAL W/!!!) BUT IT MADE ME CRY SEEING THE RESULTS (I HAD HAD A HAIR TRIAL ON WED BEFORE WEDDING AND I ALSO CRIED THEN!!) IT WAS JUST AMAZING THE WORK THEY DID. AFTER HAIR WENT TO MY ROOM AFTER MY MOH GAVE ME WRONG KEY SMH( LETS NOT EVEN GET STARTED ON THAT!!) SO WENT BACK TO LOBBY PRAYIN I WOULDNT SEE MY NOW HUSBAND, AND I DIDNT EVEN HAVE TO GO UP TO FRONT DESK, 1 OF THE TIMESHARE GIRLS GRABBED THE WRONG KEY AND REACTIVATED IT SO I COULD GET INTO ROOM. THAT WAS THE ONLY HICCUP I CAN THINK OF THROUGH WHOLE DAY!!! I WILL TRY TO PUT A REVIEW UP WHEN I CAN AS I AM IN THE MIDDLE OF MOVING. THE CEREMONY WAS BEAUTIFUL, THE COCKTAIL HOUR GOOD!!!, AND RECEPTION JUST FELT SOOO SHORT!! BUT WE DID CONTINUE PARTYING IN LOBBY. THE WHOLE LOBBY ERUPTED INTO APPLAUD WHEN I CAME IN FELT PRETTY COOL!! BTW THERE WILL BE RANDOM STRANGERS TAKING PICS OF YOU....WEIRDDDD LOL BUT LADIES I CANT EMPHASIZE ENOUGH HOW YOU SHOULDNT STRESS AT ALL. I KNO IT'S EASIER SAID THEN DONE, BUT THEY HAVE EVERYTHING UNDER CONTROL. I BET ALL OF YOU ARE 10 TIMES MORE ORGANIZED THEN MYSELF AND I THINK MY WEDDING TURNED OUT PERFECT, SO I CANT IMAGINE ALL OF YOURS BEING ANY LESS!!! NCalver completely AGREED w your take on this. My reasons exactly for marrying in a catholic chapel. We def need to bring our own unity candles. They dont provide that. If you look in Michaels or Hobby lobby they always have sales for them. I believe we got ours for bout $10.

NCalver, I actually havent spoken to Sandra about it, except for the letter and documents that have to be brought over there. Now i'm afraid to ask since I cancelled my orders :/ if anything I guess we'll pick something up over there, i'm sure they have plenty! @ NinaO I value your opinion on it, but I am and have ALWAYS been a Catholic, and never have I experienced celebrating a wedding in that manner. Although beautiful, I also have my own beliefs and it's more a "Aztec " tradition then a Catholic one. Unless they otherwise tell me so I dont think it's rude to do a traditional Catholic wedding. Thanks for the input tho!

Hey Ladies!! Just a heads up after freaking out and buying the lazo and coins on amazon (since our wedding is next week and we needed it before then) I got a reply from Diana, our wedding coordinator, regarding the rituals. It turns out we DO NOT NEED TO DO THE MEXICAN WEDDING TRADITIONS. So dont go crazy like I did and go out trying to find this stuff!! LOL I wanted to give you the heads up bc now this money we spent on the "arras" and "lazo" might be wasted money if amazon doesnt allow a cancellation of order Diana said that although yes it is a Mexican tradition, most brides that come from the states opt to just do the wedding bands and they're completely OK w/ that. Hope this helps!!
