Gone are the days when every aspect of a wedding must be "traditional." In fact, these days it seems that plenty of brides are looking to take the untraditional route -- and that goes for wedding attire as well.
When I was planning my own wedding, I went back and forth with the idea of wearing veil because I didn't want to be too traditional and feel weighed down but I wanted something light and airy. These days another alternative to the wedding veil is a flower crown, which gives brides a very natural, bohemian inspired touch. This would have been perfect for me back then! Plus who doesn't love flowers in their hair?
