There are only 14 adults and 3 children and it is litteraly only the sheers I will be taking, I am shocked and also dissapointed

Hi ladies I fly from the UK to marry at sensatori on July 26th, my wedding planner is Claudy, I have asked to bring my own sheers over for the gazebo And for plaza zavos as I think 100 for each sheer is very expensive but the set up fee I have been quoted is $2000, is this correct as the sheers themselves if ordered through the wedding planner are $1000 ????????
