It makes me so nervous that the wedding managers keep leaving I'm glad to hear that your hair trial went well with the salon, I've been debating back and forth what I should do regarding hair & make up too! @@JRodz I'm so sorry that you're feeling frustrated - the lack of communication is definitely the hardest part about doing a DW. I'm sure that everything will go beautifully but it is nerve wracking to not have replies back to questions and emails.

@@Guz16 wow your hair came out beautifully!! did you like the way they did makeup as well? airbrush?? I'm sorry to hear about the rain but I'm sure it was beautiful regardless! My reception is scheduled to be in that upstairs covered outside area? I forget the name but since it will be July I keep debating if moving it inside may be a nice break from the heat for the guests. what did you think of the ballroom where you had the reception?

hi brides! I was wondering if you ladies were planning on using the makeup/hair services that are included in the vendor list or going elsewhere? I found one company that seems to be amazing based on pictures and reviews but the idea of the $500 outside vendor fee is making me go back and forth! thanks in advance!

I also search on Instagram for different pics of weddings there! About a week or so ago I actually messaged a bride on Instagram who had her wedding there to ask her her thoughts and opinions. She made me so happy she said it was an absolute dream come true, she said she was nervous about if it would meet her expectations and said she was blown away. She said they did take a while to email back at times but that when she got there they were so detail oriented and on top of everything she wanted and asked for. I went to the Hyatt Ziva Cancun and it is absolutely STUNNING. I can put some pictures of some of the venue sites that I took if anybody is interested? We booked for next July and are SOO excited!

We are in the process of booking Hyatt Ziva in Cancun for 2017! We visited there a few weeks ago and I cannot emphasize enough how absolutely stunning the property is!! We took a wedding tour and really liked the different venue options and Jessica the wedding coordinator has been so sweet and helpful in answering all my questions that have come up since then. Hi there! Congrats on your upcoming wedding! I just got back from the Hyatt Ziva last week and it is STUNNING!! We took the wedding tour and our thinking we may book it for our wedding next year. I was wondering, you mentioned that Gama Grupo is doing your decor, idk if this is a silly question but do the tables and chairs and settings come along with the wedding package or are they also additional? I've been in contact with Jessica asking questions but I also wanted a bride's perspective on the process! Good luck!!
