Hi Gwen, I am looking at this hotel as well but I feel like there are so many charges for things. $2k for dance floor, $6 per chair? Have you run into this as well? Are you planning to use their photographer? I'm not super impressed with them. Ugh, I really like this hotel and the location but I'm so confused! Insights or thoughts would help! Thank you!!

Hi ladies, I am trying to plan a wedding for 2016 fall at The newly redesigned Hyatt Ziva but I'm feeling quite nickel and dimed here. Has anyone gone to meet with the coordinator? Is it worth the prices?? I mean $6 per chair and $2000 for a dance floor is kind of a lot no? Am I just out of the loop on planning a wedding in Mexico? I thought the whole idea of getting married down there is so save money! Any thoughts/insights would be appreciated. Thank you!!
