Hi, I am also a 2015 bride, I recently got assigned my wedding planner at the resort, and so far all I've received was an email with about 10 attachments and when I asked what information she needed from me to get started all she did was send a check list and tell me to choose a location. I emailed her at the beginning of this week to try and get pictures of possible ceremony locations and have yet to get those, and I emailed to set up a phone conversation and I cannot talk to her until September 30, which I find quite annoying. If I were you I would keep calling the direct line in the email that I believe Michelle sends out. I got a hold of her yesterday to voice my concerns about the planner I was assigned.

I am planning my wedding for December 2015 at the Hard Rock Hotel. Right now I am trying to pick a travel agent to work with. Has anyone ever worked with one of Hard Rock's WOW Specialist? If you have what were some of the benefits that came along with doing that? Thanks!!!
