Hi, just been reading through the posts for some ideas for my wedding and hopefully for some help. I have booked a ten day holiday at dreams and have recently contacted the wedding coordinator to book a wedding date through the hotel website. Did you all book your weddings through the hotel? I only have 16 guests so just want a casual wedding with a meal and drinks. I have looked at the ultimate package and I’m not quite clear what it includes. Does anyone know if they include background music whilst you have the cocktail hour/meal? (If not are you able to take your own iPod/speakers) –the website states you have hire speakers-it seems expensive to hire speakers for an iPod at $180 per hour for background music! Can anyone recommend where to have the wedding ceremony and a time (we are getting married next year in Feb) i wanted the wedding in the evening when it’s cooler but also i didn’t want to be getting married whilst people are sunbathing around me. Where is the most private place? Also with me only have 16 guests where can i have my reception meal? The website states there is no music outside from 11pm -where did you go after 11pm? Does the ultimate package include table decor/bows for the chairs? Sorry for all the questions, i have emailed the coordinator a few times but I’m not really getting a full response. Any help would be appreciated!
