All of the unknowns is driving me crazy! We've been trying to plan a site a visit but our schedules have been just to hectic to getaway. I need tips, pics, inside scoop...I need EVERYTHING!!!

Hi Everyone! I'm getting married at Paradisus Cancun October 2014!!! I'm approaching the detailed planning stages with the hotel and very much welcome any planning tips and insider-scoop anyone can provide!! I'm also excited about sharing my tips and lessons learned for anyone who maybe interested! I have the Tailor Made package. Does anyone have any pictures of the LaPerla Restaurant? We want to host the reception there. There will be a total of 50 guests and I want to ship reception favors, welcoming bags, etc prior to? Any tips? Also, they have this horrific $1000 outside vendor fee included in the contract. We didn't think this would be a problem when we signed but - OUCH! Has anyone had an success with getting around this ridiculous clause??? I doubt seriously if we will be using the DJ or the photographers supplied by the resort. Please HELP a Newbie out! LOL!
