Hi Ladies, I have close friends that are professional photographers and will be taking the photos for our wedding but I am still in need of a videographer. Any recommendations?

Does anyone know if you're able to bring seashells into the DR? I was planning to have shells as decorations and worried that they won't be allowed through customs.

Yeah we're planning to arrive at least a few days before all of our guests, which will be good. That's nice to know you can be flexible with certain decisions and make changes once you arrive. Does anyone have any feedback or comments regarding the resort salon (hair, make-up and mani/pedi, etc.)? I'm debating on whether I'm going to hire someone outside the resort for the hair and make-up or use the salon there. I'm just nervous about the quality. Thanks!

Yes you should definitely feed your photographers. Generally there's a reduced price for their food, since their meal is only part of the menu, however they do need to be fed as well. They'll be working a lot of hours as well, and deserve a nice warm meal. They generally will eat at a separate table or in an "outside" table away from your guests, but it really depends on the venue and vendor.
