Hi ya. Brenda was exactly like that with me she would be very quick sometimes but others very slow but usually I would email again and it would prompt he to reply. We had Miriam on site and she was lovely if any1 gets her. We was married 2 weeks ago at moon palace we jus had very small affair so can't help with a lot of ur questions but I had a lovely experience moon palace was lovely felt like a princess the whole time we was there! We used the onsite hair and make up and photographer I was very happy with my hair. Make up was ok but looked fab in the pics. I'll let u no how the pics turn out when they arrive! Leigh when are r u getting married? We have been given Brenda she is very nice but I seem to be starting from scratch again with the plans! Hi ya. Congrats! I actually haven't spoken with Brenda yet she is due to call me today! I was originally given ana and then suddenly it was changed!! We r literally going on our own with our children my mum and little sister so will be hard to make it feel wedding like. I think we will just go bar for drinks to be honest. Hi all I'm a newbie here! Getting married 28th April 2014 at moon palace. I have been dealing with Ana at moon palace everything was going fine until ana didn't respond to my emails for a week(normally very quick response) today I had an email from ophelia saying ana was no longer dealing with personal requests?? Hi all I'm a newbie on here but been ready all posts about moon palace. I'm getting married there on 28th April 2014. All has been going well until My planner ana hadn't replied to my emails she normally would very quickly. I have just received an email saying ana no longer deals with the personal planning. The email was sent by opelia but it didn't say if she would be the new planner. Panicking a little bit now I don't know if I have to start all the planning again or what!
