I have to 100% agree with this post. I was married in Cabo at the Cabo Surf Hotel (which was AMAZING by the way - nothing but glowing, astounding, wonderful reviews) in Nov 2012. I sent Martha (months prior) photos of what I wanted in terms of wedding bouquet and boutoniers. She in turn sent me PDF's of what she could match it to - and they were very close. Great - so I confirmed the contract. We met in Cabo and I provided the deposit to her in cash. On the wedding day, a hideous arrangement arrives - wrong colours, wrong flowers - I mean WAY OFF. Not even close. I was shocked. I showed the hotel my images and Martha's images and she agreed, this was a no go. She called Martha and Martha sent some helper to bring some other flowers to assist. By then, one of my guests had taken matters into their own hands and created my wedding bouquet out of the reception flowers (which were glorious, beautiful roses all purchased from the Cabo Costco - highly recommend!) and created my bouquet and the makeshift boutoniers. We used nothing of Martha's. I refused to pay the balance but of course she kept the deposit. I have to say, that was the only disappointment in the entire wedding. I would never recommend Martha/Mazarte Floral. She got it so wrong she shouldn't even have this business.
