Hi! Can anyone tell me what the VIDEOGRAPHY by the resort includes exactly? And does anyone have an example? Is it just a 30-minute video of the ceremony or do they also include a shorter 5-minute "highlights" type of video? If I choose not to use the resort photographer can I get extra videography? What options are there to add on and how much does it cost? THANKS!!!!

I just designed this for my Welcome Bags! I'm going to order it a white polypropylene bag from discountmugs.com. About $190 for 50 bags (in white). I can do the same design for you if you like, for $10 and just change the date and colors.

THANKS! One more question... if the actual centerpiece I use (my bridesmaids bouquets most likely!) is artificial but they aren't "loose" petals is that ok? They aren't going to blow away. I could buy real preserved orchids from saveoncrafts.com too to lay on the table, that might be ok? Thanks again!

Are the tables round or rectangular or do you have a choice?

Wow! That is pricey! Is that just for ONE centerpiece? So you'd have to pay like $140 per table? Holy crap. I'm getting married January 4th, 2015 (we got a better rate and can purchase plane tickets separately when we want). My colors are purple (orchid and plum) and lime green with hints of yellow. I was going to use the resort for centerpieces but now I'm starting to think twice. I may make them ahead of time or bring the supplies down with me. It's just difficult with glass... I would like to maybe do something with white starfish and orchids.

Hi Natiknyc! Thanks for your reply! I may be pushing my date back to January 4 if its a lot cheaper (room prices, and airline) so maybe I wil see you! We would probably be leaving January 6. I hve been using a wedding coordinator through destinationweddings.com, She is bilngual which is great, because my fiance's family mostly speaks Spanish. I'm busy working full time and another job, so its nice to have someone else take care of the details. However, they are pressuring me to book NOW. So I had my save the dates made with a deadline of May 1st. back in November we got a quote on the group prices for the rooms, which was $1,090 per person base on double occupancy. Now they are saying $1,445 PLUS $75 on the night of the 2nd (maybe that is standard extra change for wedding night? for everyone? I wonder why?)

Hi! I've been following this thread for a while as I'm planning to get married at Dreams Tulum on January 2, 2015. I'm SO DISTRAUGHT however... the new price they quoted me this week was 30% more than the initial estimate back in November! Did this happen to anyone? Were you able to negotiate down???
