Hello! I'm also looking at PB Pacifica for our October 2014 wedding. I love the resort, but right now I'm working hard to get a good room rate for the room block. Downside is the resort won't let us bring in outside vendors. We can only pick from their preferred list...which they won't release until we sign a room block contact. What has been your experience when interacting with the hotel?
