Do you know what cost for a poolside dinner, then reception WITHOUT DJ is? Does anyone know if the speakers hook up to an iPod?

I am getting married May 6 2014 at Bahia Tulum and would be interested in sharing the cost for a photographer! I cannot get a reply on costs for the wedding. I have all the basic packages but that's not what we want. We want a room, decorated, with a mic and speaker and dinner/drinks for the night. Does anyone have any information? I'm looking at the poolside dinner/reception just because it's been spoken about on here but wondering if anyone has that information? Adding it up on what they gave me was going to be something crazy like 14,000! Most hotels have have package upgrades available...we do not want a la carte. Thanks girls!
