I'm walking to Amy Winehouse: To Know Him is to Love Him

We're having our wedding at Hummingbird Hall and will be staying at Round Hill. We're looking for suggestions of nice/elegant/formal restaurants in Montego Bay to host our welcome dinner. We'll be having around 100-120 guests so would likely hire the restaurant/venue for the evening to keep things private. I love the casual side of Jamaica but our wedding and related events are going to be quite formal and so it's important that our welcome dinner sets the tone for events to come. We absolutely adore Round Hill and Hummingbird Hall; but we're determined to take our guests to different places in Montego Bay for each "segment" of our celebration. Our welcome dinner will be the only opportunity we have to introduce guests to, and hopefully showcase, a wonderful local restaurant. So far Hummingbird Hall suggested the Houseboat Grill, Yacht Club and Margerites. We've also considered hiring Doctors Cave or Cornwall Beach and then having Round Hill or Hummingbird Hall cater for us, but it seems to move away from our initial plan which was to introduce our guests to somewhere exquisite and local in Montego Bay. Any suggestions would be appreciated. We'd be open to transporting our guests anywhere within 45 minutes of Round Hill. Thank you.
