Hello ladies, I will be getting married Sept. 1, 2013, and have selected the Pearl Shimmer Wedding package which comes with a photographer. I know a lot of you have selected an outside photographer. Can you guys recommend one for me? Are they less expensive? Professional? Good? Any suggestions are welcome. -Jess

Hello all! I will be getting married on 9.1.13 and am very excited. I did have a question about the communication between the wedding planners there at Moon Palace and the bride/groom. We seem to have a hard time with our planner...she takes awhile to respond and we don't know if this is usual or not. Also, did any of you guys have issues filling out the guest itinerary/room confirmation spreadsheet. I find it to be time consuming and don't know if there is a way around filling it all out, especially because we are not getting the group benefits either. Any advice/feedback would be greatly appreciated. Also, my wedding package (Pearl Shimmer) comes with a photographer...are the photographers provided for us professional/good or do you guys recommend something else?

Did any of you have issues filling all of this information out? Shouldn't there be an easier way instead of having to contact all of the guests attending my wedding to ask them for the flight info, room confirmation number, etc? I thought they would just be able to say the are attending my wedding and then there'd be a block of rooms reserved for my guests. Also, did any of the previous brides have issues with their wedding planner responding to their emails/questions in a timely manner?
