Hey Kassi - I just kicked off my wedding planning for February 2014. As with many people on this site, I've had trouble getting in touch with the resort. This is fine for now, but I'm concerned that I may not be interpreting the package prices right. Did the resort ever send you a detailed cost statement before your wedding that let you know what the bottom cost of each event? How soon in advance did you receive that? I'm planning a wedding for 75 people so I'm concerned about what's included, what's not, etc. I don't want to be surprised too late in the process. Thanks in advance for your help! Thanks for touching on this because I'm really confused by the wedding package overview. When you paid $800 to rent Calabash for $50+ people, did you also have to pay an additional cost per person for every guest over the 20 that are included in the wedding package? It's not clear to me whether the $800 space rental is flat or if I'm looking at that plus an extra $20-$45 per person depending on the property they're staying at.
