I too had a bad 2 tone tote experience. I uploaded a design and then used their editing tool to add RED wording - Well They arrived orange. I called to complain b/c the artwork was clearly red and red on the sticker that was on the outside of the bag. Well they offered to reprint at no charge. I got the 2nd shipment - same thing. Called again - and the csr told me they are aware of this problem it happens all the time - the red color comes out a burnt orange because of the drying process on the canvas - ok so if they are aware of this why offer customer a red option. He offered to play with the colors and reprint...needless to say after 5 times of reprinting it came the last one came out a dark burnt orange. When i called they pretty much told me there was nothing they could do but refund me. Here is the best part - They refunded me the money I paid on my cc - (i think it was like $15) but I also used a $70 Groupon toweard this order. I asked if I would just get a $70 merchandise credit towards another order - they told me know i loose it. Needless to say, I am not very happy with VIstaprint at all!

OMG Thats great we are flying American as well so that is good to know...did you use all of their vendor and were you happy with them or do you suggest i look into my own?

do sea winds have a website? Who would i contact to get a quote? Did you chose to go that route because they allow children or was there other factors?

oh my gosh $50 that is so reasonable... I read your planning thread and you did such a great job putting all of this together!! Did you ship all your stuff down there prior to getting there or did you just check extra luggage? Did you use all of their vendors or did you go with outside ones?

Were booked for 11/9/2013 for Secrets Saint James.... While seems so far away i want to get a heard start on the planning process as I would like to bring a lot of my own decor/etc. Does anyone have any suggestion on where to get decently priced decor such as chair sashes, tulle, etc.. im assuming the resort will allow you to bring your own correct? Also if anyone has gotten married at these resorts and can offer any tips of any kind to make the process smoother, less stressful, I would greatly appreciate it. Thank you

you need to photocopy all the documents and then have those photocopies notorized. i had mine done at my bank - most banks will not charge for notary services if you have an account with them. When you get there you have to bring them the original wedding documents that youi photo copied. You will get them back immediately.

are you still looking for someone to split the order with?

We are planning to do one at Secrets in November - my concern is not so much the bugs but the sand. If it happens to be a windy day im afraid sand will get into everyones food. The good thing about secrets is they do have a back up banquet hall incase the weather is bad. i would check and see if your resort has that as well. I would imagine most would.

Talk to your travel agent. Let her know what kind of budget you have and they should be able to provide other hotel options in your guest price range.

I am doing mine at Secrets Saint James in Montego Bay, I looked into Sandles but we had too many "singles" going and the the rates were based on double occupancy plus all room are king size beds only - so if 2 of our male friends decided to share a room they would have to sleep in the same bed. That was my only draw back. Sandles also was one of the most expensie AI resorts we looked at. Good luck

Our honeymoon will be Jamaica where our destination wedding is so we just booked it through a travel website. It sounds like your gets pretty complicated becuase there are many stops. That being the case, it wouln't hurt to consult a travel agent. It just makes things less complicated. Good luck!
