have decided to use someone from the outside to do my hair and make up because I can't see the work that stylist at the spa do. I have to be able to see their work before making any commitment. As for flowers, i am also using someone from the outside. I am paying the resort a $250.00 set up fee,so that they can use my vase, flowers, candles etc. I will be making my choices and paying for them bit at a time, such as the DJ and premium bar. Hi, Did you work with a travel agent who works along side with Sandals? As far as I know I am paying for my accomdations 60days before but not for all of the other little things that I am doing. Are you using them for flowers , make up hair etc?

The wedding is booked, Save the dates went out in January, I am working with a great travel agent, I got my dress. Now I am working on the bridemaids dresses, I contacted a florist there, don't like what the resort have. I am just trying to a make up artist and hair stylist now.

Hello, I am getting married at Beaches as well in August. If you decide to use a stylist/make-up artist outside of the resort, they cannot come in to style you. You may have to meet them on the outside. That is the rule of the resort, or they have to stay at the resort a minimum of 3 nights. There is stylist her name is Queenbee she is local in the area. I am looking to see her work and how i like it. Best wishes.

Hi, I am getting married there as well August 3. I am working with Chole as well. She is generally helpful with the questions that I have. I am not doing a theme wedding. I am trying to customized it and oh boy is it nerve wrecking! The colors i chose my daughter does not like, so she choose watermelon as the color. Not a bad color just trying to working with it now. I am thinking since it is tropical i can complement it with tangerine or yellow with some green. I am not using their florist, too pricey, plus I don't like the slection. I found this great floral shop call floral fantasy, they have a great selection and will work with me. So I am basically doing my own thing and will pay the $250 set up fee to the resort. These are my plans so far, i can always use your thoughts and suggestion because all this is driving me nuts!

Hello All, I need your help with locating a makeup Artist. I am getting marred August 3, 2013 at the Beaches Resort in Negril. I am not comfortable using their stylist because I cannot get testimonials about their service. So I far I have heard about Raschel Edwards and Loni Jones whom I have both spoken with and their works are AMAZING. Sadly they are booked. I hae contacted Queenbee but I am not sure about her work because their is not much on her Facebook page or website. So I need your help with referrals…….please. Thanks.
