Hello i'm new at this... I just booked my destination wedding just wedding on the wedding date hopefuly it's August 1st

Im thinking of having my wedding at Now larimar as well..... I've been having issues with the wedding coordinatior in regards to answering questions has anyone had this issue at Now Larimar??
