I went through this dilemma earlier in the year for my Jan 2014 wedding. I'm actually getting fabric bouquets/center pieces made and bringing them down with me. We're doing a reception back at home so I'll be able to reuse the flowers, as well as saving my bouquet! Much more cost effective for us.

I'm getting married at Barcelo in January 2014, just wondering if you went with the cake that is apart of your package or paid extra for someone else to make it? If you went with the package, how was the quality? Trying to figure out if I should just go with a bakery!

How much did you roughly spend on flowers for your wedding? Mine is in january and am considering getting paper/fabric mix from etsy instead of flowers from cabo (depending on price)

Does anyone have any insight on weather in September? I've tried looking through google and websites say its hurricane season and it can rain... so now im a little worried. Just wanted to get clarification from anyone who has traveled there or had a wedding in late september. Thanks!
