Hi Renewedbride! I just got married at Playacar Palace in January! It was absolutely beautiful and the resort is great! We booked our wedding through a local travel agent, but all of my communications with the wedding coordinator on location (Wilma!) were great. She was very quick to respond and very helpful! We did a bit of pre-planning before we got there, but we just met with Wilma a couple days before the wedding to finalize everything. It was super quick and easy and everything went great!
