Hi, My fiancee has been freaking out lately about our upcoming wedding at ROR in April, 2013. The wedding coordinator and all communications from the hotel state that everything is to be booked after your arrival when you meet with the wedding coordinator. This seems very odd - What if you want a specific location for the reception and it's booked? What if the hairstylist is booked up? What if , what if , what if? Has anybody else been able to reserve a specific venue and services in advance of arrival? Has anyone waited until their meeting with the wedding coordinator and been disappointed? Thank you.
