Hi Everyone - New to the forum and getting married May 8th at the Barcelo Mayo Tropical. Most of you are at the Palace but as I understand it the packages are the same. We are booked for the ceremony at the gazebo at the palace and I can't wait! We are just finalizing our group package and then need to get save the dates out to ensure our guests get the best possible rates. What has been the best way to do this on short notice? Email?
