  1. Hi There, I am having my wedding at the HR this fall and I was drawn to it b/c I felt it had the best locations for the wedding day. However after dealing with the wedding coordiators since last December in the Miami office my and my fiance have been very disapointed. We were told our sites were confirmed and everytime we try to get confirmation and speak with someone else they have no idea of anything that we have planned or "confirmed" for our wedding. They do 6 + weddings a day and with that volume they can't provide the service you would expect. We are still waiting for the WC in Miami to confirm out sites and they have not been able to get confirmation from the hotel in over two weeks since we last scalated the issue. We went down to the hotel for a site visit in early June and were supposed to do a menu tasting which our WC had supposedly arranged for us, just to find out when we got there that no one on site had any idea that 1) we were even coming 2) we had a testing arrange....so we left the hotel w/o being able to do our tasting. We also found out they had switch our ceremony location and the local manager came in to tell us that it was ok they would just switch it back and move the other wedding...which let me wondering if they just do this all the time....since we came back from our site visit non one has been able to provide us confirmation that our sites are in the system and have been reserved...I am having over 80 guest and it is really frustrating that after a lot of phone calls and emaiils and months of trying to plan our wedding the hotel cannot even confirm the locations for our event.. I think ouu guest will have a good time but based on how much money all my guest are spending to attend our weedding I dont think the service so far is worth it. I can only hope things turn out good. I can't change the location right now b/c most of my guest have reserved but if I could, I would definitelly consider going with a more afordable hotel for guests since at the end of the day you are not going to get everything you want on your wedding day from an all inclusive resort (I have been to a few of these weedings and is all the same frustrating stories)...so why have your guests pend the extra $$$.
