Has anyone had luck contacting a florist? I've emailed many vendors and got a 1500$ quote (yikes) and others have not responded. Im getting down to crunch time and still have hope on saving some $$ in this area and not going through the resort.

I feel your pain! My guest list keeps growing...up to 70ppl now. stressed.out.

No clue if they take off $ from your wedding package, I would assume no. I also have the Divine and am using an outside photog so for cocktail hour Im going to use the resort to capture that as I will be with wedding party taking pics at that time.

I just sent my program outline to the printers. Im getting married November 21 on tequila terrace. I also have no clue as to who is our officiant or how the schedule will go so I just had the day and time, parents, grandparents, wedding party and a special thanks.

So what if I get the tiffany chairs? those will be on the beach and at the reception? I was thinking they would move all the chairs from the beach up to the tequila terrace and place them around the dinner tables?

I believe its $99 per additional person you add after the 25 people you have already paid for in your package.

I am doing this as well! I think I am going to hang them above the dinner tables and maybe cocktail tables too... I was thinking 5 or six on each of the wires that hang above (2 i believe)... so all together there about 10-12 and bringing a couple extra incase... 15 total.

What great information! Does anyone know how you go about getting the reception decor together? Do you just send them photos of what you want and they quote you a price for it? Also, ive booked the Tequilla Terrace... where do they set up the dj/ipod/dance floor?
