Hello ladies. I just booked my wedding for June 2nd, 2013!!! So excited! I have a few questions. Has any used the solo guitarist? Do you have any videos? Anyone use an outside vendor for flowers? I think I could save a tons of money on flowers. Does anyone know if i bring in my own tulle for the bows on chairs will they set them up for me? Let me know your thoughts

Hi TarynM according to my TA it is not possible to lower the vendor fees. You can however book a room for the vendor for three nights and then it won't incur any fees. Maybe if I can get all four or five in one room that might make sense. And to answer your question the fee is per vendor, however it maybe possible to get one vendor fee if the photographer and videographer work close together. A DJ would incur another fee. Makes me a little sad that they are going to nickle and dime us.

Hello. I am planning on booking my wedding at Azul Beach and am sooo excited. These outside vendor fees are a bit ridiculous. I was wondering if anyone was able to negotiate them down. Also has anyone seen or gotten married at one of the ballrooms. My family is big on partying to we need to be able to let the party go on till 3am if possible. I'm so excited!
