The flight was OK, but they did make me put my dress in the overhead bin, and just stood there watching when people put their luggage on TOP of my wedding dress. That made me mad,but if you stand up for yourself then it will be Ok. My husband and I both brought 2 suitcases, and then my parents each brought an extra one of ours. They would have waived the fee for the suitcase except I had pre-paid, so dont pre-pay haha.

Im not sure if some of these questions have been answered in another thread, but Ill answer anyways. Selling tickets to cruise ships: They may sell day passes, but during my week at least the resort was never packed and I know that they were cruise days. The tourist spots were busier those days, but the resort was fine. Re Credit card charge: If you are talking about the credit card info that you had to give to reserve your wedding date, they don't charge anything. They just put your name in their calendar. I think the CC is just on file to charge the wedding to in case you bugger off after and don't pay. Bill: your night sounds very well planned and should be a lot of fun!

I just made a list of the guests names in alphabetical order, with their table number. I printed off a few copies. I told the MC to greet guests and show them to the list. The wedding coordinator asked if I made charts for each table with the peoples names, which I never even considered, and she made that for me.

I don't know if they changed the schedule altogether but the beach party was definitely Saturday [because I was concerned that the beach party would be more fun than my beach party the next night for the wedding haha]. There was one event that was supposed to be on the beach later in the week but they cancelled it. I think it was cancelled because a wedding was having their full dinner on the beach under a tent, and any activities would have ruined that. So maybe they played with the schedule to accommodate that wedding?

I'm not sure about the transaction fees because my hubby did the transaction, but at the hotel there was a $200 US limit for how much you can take out...So if you're paying a lot of vendors that could get annoying. I'd suggest going to a bank or seeing if they accept online transfers.

For the bar and cake table it was chair sashes. For the head table I bought an Organza Overlay [http://www.tableclothsfactory.com/108-Organza-Wholesale-Wedding-Table-Overlays-s/24.htm] . Yes I did 3 hour private reception at Uncle Tony's. I then did the bon fire with the steel drum band, both of which lasted 1 hour. The huppa and white fabric is included in the package. You also have the option to use the arch (I think I had a picture of that), but I found the huppa much more modern. If I could do it again I think I would have added coloured fabric to the huppa too [http://www.tableclothsfactory.com/wholesale-fabric-bolts-organza-54x40-s/120.htm] They do all the decorating for you, just tell them what you want. I didn't even tell them to decorate the bar or side tables but they did since I had extra fabric.

I just got back! I have some left overs that I wouldn't mind getting rid of locally: 1) Extra suitcase-- I asked for suitcases that people wouldn't mind if I threw out at the resort so I only had to pay for it to go one direction. I ended up having to bring 2 suitcases back anyways so I've got an extra that you can throw away at the resort if needed. 2) Trash the Dress Dress: I have a dress that I used to 'trash': $50. I'm 5' 4" and around a size 2 and it's tailored to that. It its pretty clean and doesn't look too used. 3) I have a bag of starfish, shells, and diamonds for $25. I used it for table decor. 4) I have about 90 of these koozies from Oriental Trading. They are a little flimsy but still fun. I forgot to give them out. $10 for all.
