I'm starting to worry a bit now. Found out yesterday that they had booked the free wedding. When I had booked the saphire. And that was only through my agent in the uk. . She contacted me, I then sent questions she replyed to them ( vaguely) I asked for more info now nothing in the last 3 weeks. What a pain!!!!! And now cannot even send her emails. Hi All, I'm also a UK bride. I'm getting married at the moon palace 19Th Oct 2012. I can not wait.... i booked the sapphire pactage. there is 21 of us traveling for two weeks. I have two things i really cant decide on. private function or not? and decor? i been reading the moon palace 2012 brides thread which is great but its leaving me SO confused. i feel after reading it that i should be bringing 3 suitcases full of oot bags and decor. there is alot of American brides on there and I'm wondering if I'm looking to much into it. what are u girls planning? are you bringing anything with. Also we have enough nights for unlimited functions. (our guests didn't book together but asked virgin to link them, some of our guests booked months apart) but I'm not sure there is enough of us and also the cost of decorating it and music. the other option is the restaurant then the nightclub but we have 7 children 5 of them under 4. does anyone know if the moon palace let the kids in the club. any ideas or other people planning would be greatly appreciated

Hope all the planning is going well Im really lost on what to do we only have 21 guests including us and 6 children under 5. i dont know whether we have enough for a private function.also a bit worried how to entertain our guests after the included dinner?. How many guests have you got going. i was planning on bringing favours and table decor but everyone is giving me agg that its too much to bring so far.(my mum and mum inlaw) i have booked the sapphire package not even sure if i need extras as alot of ideas im getting from this site are from brides that have booked the free pactage with add ons. God i need help im the most un-organised and un-creative bride there is. lol. would be good to hear your pactages and advise...OR ANYONE ELSES.. Many thanks

Thanks Tammy, my travel agent is looking into it. I have never received a contract from moon palace just the welcome pact and it has no mention of any promotions in there. I hope they honour it as we all booked within days with the same operator and she said she has linked the bookings. Fingers crossed.

HI Girls, I NEED HELP PLEASE....... I'm getting married at the Moon Palace in October 2012. I booked the Sapphire Package early 2011. I was all chilled out about it. Was happy that everything was taken care of didn't have to do a thing just turn up. NOW with only 7 months to go I'm in complete panic. Someone please help me What are oot bags do i need them? We have dinner reservations for 35 people. At first i thought this was great value now I'm wondering, is the wedding party going to be sitting with everyone else having dinner? Where will we have our first dance? What will we do once dinner is over? Also i only have 12 adult guests coming plus 8 young children. we are on a budget so i don't really want to spend out on a DJ or a function room. I'm getting really scared now and want to cancel the whole thing. My other concern is the Theme sapphire. I live in the UK and cannot get sapphire colored table runners or sashes, I'm not very creative but does anyone know if instead i could use Royal blue? if not what shade of blue would work best? Sorry everyone i know I'm rambling but i need help.
