Hi! I noticed you said you did a lot of price negotiation while picking your vendors. Our wedding coordinator at Capella is arranging most of the vendors for us (florist, DJ, live music, etc). Were you able to negotiate with vendors recommended by the resort, or did you find your own vendors? We are starting to put our deposits down on some of these services, so it would be great to know if there is wiggle room with some of the prices we were quoted. Thanks in advance!

I'm from NYC and plan to take the direct flight from EWR to Cabo. I'm getting married in October 2012 and know the direct flights are on Saturday and Sunday. If you call Continental and tell them when you are traveling, they will tell you when the direct flights are running. I've done the layover, and it's not bad. Lets you stop for lunch

I'm new to the board. Getting married on October 27, 2012 at Capella Pedregal. So excited!! Going dress shopping this weekend

We are doing the same thing. Getting married at Capella Pedregal, but staying at another resort a week or so before the wedding. Considering Riu Santa Fe....looks nice and the price is right!
