Anyone used him or heard of him? Prices seem really high!?

Hello! My fiancé and I are planning a Maui wedding for February 2013. I know in my mind what I want and have no idea how to make it happen (especially for Calgary, AB!) All I want it to rent a house (sleeping 15-20) that backs on the ocean. I want to have my wedding either on that beach, or one near by – and have my dream backyard wedding. I want very simple, DIY decorations – buffet style food, and just have a party. I am assuming my guest list will be 30 – 50 people – so a condo or another rental near by would be perfect. Any other brides renting homes as venues?
