I'm getting married in May 2012 at Dreams Tulum. Anabel has been prompt and great about answering questions I have up to 9 months in advance, but she said they wouldn't reach out to start talking about food, flowers and other details until 2 months before the wedding date. That seems like it's cutting it so close, especially since if you bring your own decorations you really need to know details about the reception location, etc., and how much to budget for food. Have any brides who got married at Dreams Tulum experienced the same thing? When did you start being persistent with the wedding coordinator to nail down details?
