Does anyone have the email for the contact at floral fantasies? My wedding is on a Sunday and it says they are closed that day...think they would still deliver, or no chance?

This is great info! I think maybe it's 60 people max? Im not sure...need to get clarification about that. I spoke with Jodi at Tai Flora and she said they would provide a tent based on the number of people and a dance floor if you would like. I'm thinking of going without the dance floor and just having a bonfire next to the tent to dance in the sand! Do you know if the $55 for dinner is in addition to the $18 for guests > 8? I saw your wedding reception!We were on a scouting trip and it did rain every day we were there. Your set up was great though! I may do the same for mine! Does the resort provide any seating for the beach reception? I'm sure guests won't all dance the entire time and may want to sit. Also, do you mind me asking about how much it was to rent the tent/dance floor? Thanks!!

Hello ladies - I've been lurking on this site for over a month now and am looking at IRHS for our wedding in April 2013. Does anyone have the email for Nicole, the WC there? I'd like to see what dates she has available. Also, do you need to put a certain amount down to book a date? Did most of you book prior to doing a site visit there, and were the prices already released for your dates? I'm nervous to pull the trigger because rates for 2013 haven't been released yet.
