Hi Ladies, We are booked for 12/13/12 and was wondering if anyone has suggestions/tips on the group booking. Most of our guests are going through our travel agent, but there are a few that have not and now we are told that we can't get credit toward the group booking incentives for those people. It seems crazy that we wouldn't just because of how they booked since they are all staying at the Hard Rock. Has anyone run into this?

Hello everyone! We just booked our wedding at The Hard Rock for 12/13/12 and are super excited! We just got our contract and have so many questions and aren't sure how responsive our wedding coordinator, Tina is going to be since it's over a year away. It's also nice to see what you guys recommend since you are going through it or have been through it already. We are planning on having a private reception (for about 40 people) and since we have no pictures of any of these sites can't choose the best one. Any recommendations? The same thing for ceremony sites - any recommendations? We want to take advantage of the group incentive. Does everyone then need to book together? How does this all work? I'm sure we will have many more as we get closer, but that's it for now...
