Your bags are great!! I think you've thought of everything when putting them together. I would be thrilled to receive one as an OOT guest. Kudos to you!

Could you package them up and have the bags shipped to the hotel you will be staying. Then, have the hotel place the bags in the hotel room when they arrive. It would be a nice extra something to welcome them when they arrive for your wedding.

For my mother I'm getting her a personalized blanket. It's cold where we are - snow already! ugghh, so I know she'll appreciate it. I found a shop on Etsy and I love the saying that on it. I like this idea also. I'm going put a little spin on it. I'll give my flower to my MIL and my fiancé will give his to my mother to represent a joining of the families.

It's so hard, it seems like there is always someone that needs to be pleased. The bottom line is it your and FI wedding and you're the two that are going to remember it most. It might be difficult, but do what is best for you.
