I am getting married in June 2012. I have been working with Paula who is an actual coordinator at PP because the Miami office was all but helpful. Unfortunately Paola has quit and so now I have no contact at PP. Does anyone have a contact for an onsite wedding coordinator? Also Paola was sending me information on private events and decorations but I was wondering if the other brides who have weddings 6months away or more were able to book their venues for private events/reception? I am worried that the area I want might be taken and the MIami office is telling me I can't get any information until 3 months. Any information would be very helpful. Thanks! Taylor

Hello, I saw that you had your reception at the North Solarium. Did you find it hot or humid outside? Also did you have a DJ? I didn't know if it would be weird having your event outside if people were walking by or if you had to be more contained because of shutting down the event at 10pm. Did you prefer this over the south solarium for any reason? I can't seem to find pictures that really say which one is which. Any advice would be greatly appreciated! Thanks! Hello All! I am planning a wedding in June 2012 at Playacar Palace and plan on having a cocktail hour directly after the wedding with a private reception to follow. Does anyone have pictures of north solarium or had an event there? We were looking at possibly having our reception outdoors and I didn't know if any of you have done this and if it was too hot/humid? Also if you used an outside flower company, which one did you use? Thanks! Taylor
