  1. At last I have heard back! She has confirmed I can use the glasses! I'm so happy now! Thanks for your advice and support everyone.
  2. That's great news! Hopefully will too! Just incase I don't I,m going to take my own sand wording. Not sure what to do about the glasses though, what would you all suggest?
  3. Thanks Kirstin but I've used that one & groupmx1@bahia-principe.com but still nothing!
  4. The glass situation could still be a possibility then, if only they would email back and confirm. Maria if I hear anything back in the next couple of days I'll let you know. I am emailing the hotel direct and asking them to pass the information on. Maybe try that and see if you get anywhere. Is it just Jazmin that isn't replying or all the wedding co ordinator's? Or maybe just us two!
  5. Thanks everyone! I've emailed the hotel manager and asked them to contact her and tell her to contact me. Fingers crossed I'll hear in the next couple of days. Thanks for the info about the sand ceremony too. They do wording online too although not a lot but I might use yours TLSEEGE, but tweek it a bit to include my 3 children. We are renewing our vows on our 16th wedding anniversary on 24th august. Hopefully on the beach. It will only be us and my 3 children so it would be lovely to see some friendly faces there too! We were thinking of having the 5 different coloured sand in champagne glasses and pour them into our sand frame. Do you think the hotel would lend them to us?
  6. Hi Can somone PLEASE help me? I am renewing my wedding vows in 3 weeks time at GBP and have been emailing Jazmin Ortiz at the resort for the last 6-8 weeks with no reply! Do I have the right email address: groupsmx1@bahia-principe.com I am asking about using a sand ceremony and whether we need to bring any wording for it amongst other things. Someone please help. I'm starting to panic now! Thank you Ps. For the bride asking abouting footwear for the sand, I am having barefoot sandels. Very pretty but without the 'flip' 'flop' .
