We used Sun Gold Photography (Ronald was the photographer along with his assistant Gary) and I highly recommend them. The pictures are stunning. My mom surprised us with a videographer named Roxroy and we STILL don't have the video back. As we don't have the video yet I can't comment on the quality but not having the video yet and its been over 4 months is ridiculous. We had Sound Illusion for the DJ and he was awesome. HIGHLY recommend. We had Front Page Band, the reggae band that Kerry suggested, and they were very good. They performed for our welcome dinner. We went with Margaret Myrie for our cake and people are still raving about how good it was. Floral Fantasies for our flowers were beautiful. We went with orange orchards so it was pricey but our centerpieces were gorgeous. PM me if anyone has any questions about vendors or questions in general. Regarding the tent, we had to get it because we had 39 people. The purpose is in case of rain. If it rains and you don't have a tent, they will put you in the hotel lobby. This happened for our welcome dinner and actually it was fantastic. But we didn't want to have it there again for the wedding. So we paid the $500 for the tent but convinced MDC not to put it up. We lucked out and it didn't rain and we had the wedding on the cliffs at Annies. Kerry explained that because they rent the tent from an outside company you have to either pay the money or not because the company brings it the morning of the wedding. We decided to pay it and didn't care that we didn't need it. I can't say enough wonderful things about MDC. All of my guests are still talking about how it was the best wedding/vacation they have been to. Good luck with your planning!

Hi all! I got married at MDC at the end of April. If you are on the fence, do not hesitate! Book it! Every single penny is worth it. They treat you like royalty; our guests are still raving about it. Seriously, best wedding ever! We took everyone on the catamaran and it is totally worth it! Unlimited booze, music, snorkeling and fun! Here's a tip: pay cash and you can barter with the guy and not pay the tax. Good luck everyone and trust Kerry: she is a pro!

OMG Lara Jo, thank you so much! I think we will go with Front Page for our welcome dinner and we are definitely doing Sound Illusion for the reception. Regarding the tent issue, we are stuck with it because we have at least 40 people coming. Has anyone else had the tent and if so, how did you decorate it? also, is there a way to maybe eat under the tent but set up the dj and dance in Annie's?

I have the same idea about having a band for the welcome dinner. Which mento band did you all choose? and did you book them through Kerry or through the band? Kerry suggested Front Page Band but I didn't want to go with them. Anyone else have any suggestions? We are doing Sound Illusion for the wedding reception. I tried to book through the website but haven't really received a response. Did anyone book through the website or did you do it through Kerry?

HI! I'm getting married at MDC next April. Been thinking about excursions too and am thinking about making our rehearsal dinner a sunset cruise/catamaran to take everyone on Friday night. We are probably also going to send anyone who wants to go to play 9 holes of golf on Saturday prior to the wedding. Also, some people are staying until Monday so we were thinking about a rum tour on Sunday afternoon. Very exciting!!!

Yeah, Moon Dance is not cheap; it is pricey. There are no group discounts for the required 3 nights that all guests have to stay but if you or your guests stay any extra nights, they will give $50 off per person per night. We chose it based on all the amazing reviews and because of how beautiful it is. I'm beyond excited and can't wait for April to get here! Good luck booking a place!
