This was an amazing thread - I can't begin to imagine how much time this took you!! I am getting married at the Akumal Hammocks location on March 30, 2012. The ONLY thing I am trying to find that I haven't seen yet are pictures of the Mayan Blessing. Looking through the internet at random pictures they go from pretty tame to a total production.. Does anyone out there have pictures - so I know what to expect for our Mayan Blessing. I have to admit I thought it sounded amazing and went for that before really researching. I too would love to know if there are any up to date maps that I can include for my guest. Thanks again everyone!!

StylishmeNC - Eugenia is my co-ordinator as well I am booked to get married the day before you - March 30, 2012 at 3pm and I am having the same problems. My last 4 emails over the last 3 weeks are still not responded to... and yes I am getting nervous too. I just keep hearing that she is amazing at pulling everything togther on the day and try to let that settle my worries... but it is hard to wait. I have all of the info she sent me - and have booked everything - am just waiting on a couple answers and confirmation everything is booked and a go. I am brand new to this site - it was recommended to me by my soon to be sisiter in law, who found it very helpful... I have booked at GBP Akumal on March 30, 2012... I am still waiting to get the final booking info were we pick our resturaunt and book the poolside reception etc. Eugenia sounded positive on the phone that none of the above would be a problem... but, anyone who has done this already - does that mean that I am not booked for sure yet? I am also looking for a hair and makeup artist, would you recommend i use the spa or go with an outside vendor? Flowers - since mine are not included in the package I chose (Mayan Blessing) Cake - do you know if they will do one onsite that is nice - or should I go outside vendor?? Lastly I would love to hear from anyone that has done the Mayan Blessing - what your thoughts were etc!! Thanks Lindsayds
