Hello All. I just got married January 7th here. It feels like I just got back but quite some time has passed. I meant to have a review finished by now. Do not worry or stress. Everything will be perfect. I loved my wedding, Nekeisha was amazing to deal with. DoubleTee - we rented the microphone and speakers for $300.00. And used our ipod for music. We brought a docking station but were able to hook the Ipod up to the speakers/sound system. Our reception was in the Posiedon (we wanted the blue lagoon but it was booked) and were actually happy we ended up with the Poseiden as we didn't have that many people and perfect and intimate and the scenery was beautiful. Any questions anyone has do not hesitate to contact me. I would have never got through this so calmly if it were for all of the brides on here. Special shout out to beachbridein2011 who went above and beyond answering all my pestering questions!!! Good luck ladies. And I promise you will not be disappointed. Hello All. We are downloading our music ourselves and using a Bose system to play the music (the sound quality is quite good). Any advice on what sorts of music to download for during dinner? Have any past brides done it this way? If so did it work out well? As for OOT bags. My fiance and I have ordered personalized beach totes and insulated travel mugs for all our guests. We thought long and hard about it and the easiest thing for us is to give them to everyone prior to leaving. My mom and sister and Shawn's mom are throwing me one big shower. Since everyone will already be together in one spot, I am going to hand out the items to the females of each family/couple who is attending the wedding. Anyone who is unaccounted for we are going to pay them a visit to deliver theirs. I know it is not as personable (and maybe almost tacky) as handing them out in Jamaica, but if we are not careful we are going to have a million suit cases to check LOL! Hello All. I just wanted check to see what you girls are or did for attire for the men. I have myself and the bridesmaids. I was thinking groomsmen in beige/khaki pants and white shirts (linen if I can find them) and then my FH in a beige/khaki suit so he's a bit more formal. Any feedback is appreciated. And any info on where I should look would be fantastic. Thanks in advance for your help ladies!

Thanks for the info. How did you co-ordinate have the outside photographer and makeup/hair people coming into the resort? Is there a fee the resort charges to have these people come in? Did you have to work it out or did they work it out themselves? I am very seriously thinking of using the photographer as it's a relief to hear you were pleased so far with them. Thanks for all your help... As my time draws near I may bother you a time or two more
