Yea we paid to pick our seats... and we had requested with our TA back in September when we fully paid that she request seats together for the group (except my FI and I as we were upgraded).... but apparently there was a mix up... we're working on getting it fixed.. apparently everyone else on the flight has already picked their seats so there are none left... which I dont find acceptable since we requested it in Sept... hopefully it'll be fixed sooner rather than later considering we leave in a week and a half....

We're flying Sunwing as well and were automatically upgraded to their Elite Plus as well. You get priority boarding, more checked baggage weight and two carry ons (plus your dress!) Now my TA is currently arguing with Sunwing because they mixed up the seats on our plane. We have guests flying out of Toronto, Halifax and Ottawa... and on one of the flights they have a 6 year old sitting ALONE away from his mother on the plane both there and back... and Sunwing seems to think that there is nothing they can do.... So I'm not impressed right now considering we leave on the 25th and it's still not sorted out...

We're paying $60/photographer for the day and another $60/photographer for the night. Carolina did tell us that many of their costs are going up effective May 1st, I'm not sure if vendor fees are included in that....

Beachbum - I'm sure everything is going to come together perfectly! Just keep reminding yourself of the sun and relaxation thats waiting for you in just a few days... I can't believe how fast time has flown! We leave 2 weeks tomorrow. So excited and nervous!

Congrats on booking! I had the same concerns as you and wanted to book it ASAP. Carolina told me the same thing when I wanted to reserve the DJ and beach party so far in advance. I pretty much emailed her back and explained that part of the reason we decided on the Grand Palladium was based upon these options and I wanted the guarentee that we could have these. She emailed me back within a few days to confirm! Hope this helps!

We're ordering ours from Studio Suits (http://www.studiosuits.com/) and they have reviews on here as well (http://www.bestdestinationwedding.com/products/studiosuits-linen-suits-99/reviews). We ordered my FI his last night and once we see how the material is and the sizing we're going to order the rest of the groomsmen theirs. They are actual linen suits so alot lighter than the typical suit... I'll post my review once it's in
