I have the same problem. I want to pay for the girls' hair & makeup since they are paying to come to my wedding and their dresses, I feel like it's the least I can do. But Fernando quoted me about $150 per girl and I have 5, plus our moms and myself. So I would love to see the spa prices. I know a lot of the brides on here have been very happy with the spa so I am still debating.

I have a recent email from Ana saying that the fee is $55. I asked if I could bring in Fernando Fuentes for hair and makeup and while she said I could, she really tried to push the spa on me. I thought that vendors had to be on the DRC approved vendors list, which is why we can’t pick our own djs or use those decorating companies anymore?

I love your pictures, they are beautiful. I was going back and forth on the TTD, but I am definitely going to do it now. I think these pictures are nicer than some of the regular wedding photos! I will just use my dress as well rather than buying one just for TTD.

This is all I plan on doing as well.

I've spoken with Anel from Adventure quite a few times through email. drercphoto@vallarta-adventures.com is the one she uses. I think we are getting the $1499 package to do the TTD session as well. I can't decide, but right now that's what we are booked for.

They look great! I don't have a creative bone in my body, and people kept asking for our information so I ordered basic ones from vista print. We were happy with them. I figure I will be more creative with the invitiations... Speaking of invitations, I have read that the etiquette for destination weddings is to send the save the dates about 6 months ahead of your wedding (I sent mine out a year and a half early to give plenty of notice) and invitations 2 months... I just don't see that being enough time for the people who wait til the last minute to decide if they are going to come or not, or enough notice for my fiance and I to have the final guest list. When do you all plan to send out invitations?

I have been stuck on the idea of songs...from the ceremony right through to the reception. I came across this thread yesterday and it was really helpful to me.
