I love your bridesmaids gifts! This is what I did......I bought all my girls their dresses and shoes ($150), as well as "guess" wallets from the Guess outlet store ($30), and tropical inspired stuff from Bath & Body Worx ($20). I have 5 bridesmaids. I hope this helps with ideas.

just to throw a wrench into this discussion.....we are getting married at the Barcelo Maya Colonial November 27, 2012!! Not much info on on here about it either BUT we have been to the Barcelo Maya complex 7 times over the last 5 years so let me assure you that it's the best resort for a wedding in the area. Regarding your question on having a private dinner. If you chose the Euphoria package it includes a 2 hour dinner for 24 in an a la carte. Yes, you may upgrade to a private beach dinner @ $27.50 per person. Another $10 per person if you want it an hour longer. I did the math on 30 guests and its still a major savings to go with an Air Transat wedding package over the Barcelo Strawberry package. Note that in the AT package live music is not included and the menu if you chose to have it on the beach is different from a Barcelo package menu.

Does anyone know if white calla lilies and white orchids are included? I read somewhere that it says they are $25 per flower extra but that was for colored ones. Can anyone confirm that? Thank you.
